Altron Roof Mounted Swivel Arm Brackets enable cameras to be serviced safely within roof space, whilst the ballast frame provides non-penetrative installation - Most variations are available from stock, and where a standard product does not suit we can provide variations, often on short lead times.

Features 

  • Swivel plates and double clamping arrangement allow the swivel arm to be locked solidly in the operating position, and then easily brought back within the parapet for camera servicing 
  • Solid constructions means stable platform for camera mounting
  • Designed to enable man handling through lift and stairwell for roof access
  • Bolt together frame option (standard on 1500mm2 and 1800mm2 frames) allows frame to be carried in small component form
  • Standard 101.6 PCD camera mount fixing holes - Can be produced to suit any camera type (made to order)
  • Internal cabling version available for when used in public access areas such as car park roofs
  • Swivel arm can be supplied with a removable rear arm option for areas with restricted access 
  • Also available for Dome Mounting

Construction and finish

  • Produced in high tensile steel
  • Hot dip galvanised for longevity
  • Fixings are stainless steel grade A2 and galvanised grade 8.8
  • Painted finish to BS4800 - Option on request

Options

 

  • Non /BD part numbers are supplied as standard with a Welded Ballast Frame - For these to be supplied with a Bolt Together Frame - Add /BD suffix
     
  • Internal Cableway - Add /IC suffix. e.g. SB1-1500RM/600/IC
     
  • Removable Rear Arm - Add /RA suffix. e.g. SB1-2000RM/1100/BD/RA
     
  • Our standard upstand heights are 300mm (default), 600mm and 1100mm - Alternative upstand heights can be supplied to suit specific roof requirements - Please contact our Sales Office for further details
     
  • Standard ballast frames are square, but we can produce frames to suit specific roof restrictions, including 'L' shaped frames where necessary - Please contact our Sales Office for further details
     
  • Where roof restrictions do not allow for our standard recommended frame size - i.e. The SB1-1500RM/1100/BD with its 1500mm square frame. We can often supply with a smaller frame by increasing the ballast weight required - Please contact our Sales Office for further details
     
  • Counterbalance weights can be supplied to help support the arm when rotating, typically for heavier camera loads - Please contact our Sales Office for further details
     
  • Paint finish over galvanising - To BS / RAL colours on request
